Product support
For TestFlight feedback, use Apple’s TestFlight feedback flow so device logs and screenshots attach correctly. For account or product support during beta, use this support page and the in-app Settings tools.
Privacy and data requests
For account deletion, data export, correction, or privacy requests during beta, use Settings in the app when signed in. A controlled public contact address will be published before public App Store launch.
TestFlight feedback
If you are testing Merak, include your device model, iOS version, and what you were trying to do when the issue happened.
Language availability
The current controlled pilot and its support are available in English only. Merak does not yet claim localized or right-to-left language support.
